Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our designated agent. Your counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to local federal court jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Daily Viral Recipes will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to material that we believe in good faith is infringing, regardless of any repeat infringement status.
